COMPLETE ALL-ACADEMIC LIST

SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- 12 student-athletes - three men and nine women - from four West Coast Conference institutions received All-Academic honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association last Friday, including 2017 WCC individual champion and All-American Charlotte Taylor of San Francisco.

Taylor is one of six Dons named to the USTFCCCA’s annual list, the most of any WCC school. BYU followed with four honorees. Danielle Shanahan of Loyola Marymount and Taryn Rawlings of Portland rounded out the list.

Taylor not only captured the WCC individual title in record-setting fashion, the All-WCC First Team runner also went on to finish third at the NCAA National Championships in Louisville, Kentucky for USF’s highest individual finish in program history.

She is one of three WCC runners to reappear on the list, having been named to USTFCCCA’s All-Academic team now three years running. Rawlings and Marie Bouchard of USF made back-to-back appearances.

On the men’s side, Jacob Allen and Jack Rowe from San Francisco were honored as well as BYU’s Kramer Morton.

All top five finishers in the WCC women’s championship race were honored.
