2012 WCC Women's Basketball All-Conference Teams Announced

The senior forward shot .439 from beyond the arc, good for second in the WCC. Riley also averaged 1.1 blocks per game and the Cougars led the league with 6.5 swats per contest during conference play. Jackson is the WCC Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. She ranked fifth in the WCC with 2.1 steals per contest during WCC play. As a team, the Waves led the conference with 10.8 steals per game and were second with a +9.4 turnover margin during conference action. Eaton started all 30 games as a freshman and averaged 11 points per game in 16 WCC contests. She shot .468 from the field during conference play. Palmer, who was named to the 2010 Pacific-10 Conference All-Freshman Team after starting all 31 games at Oregon State, averaged 11.3 points per contest and was seventh in the WCC with two steals per game in WCC play. Fisher led the Toreros to 21 wins during the regular season, tying a program record. The award is the second for Fisher, as she was the Co-Coach of the Year following the 2006-07 season when the Toreros won 20+ games for the first time ever.
