SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference has named its Women's Basketball Player of the Week for November 12, 2012.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
DANIELLE MAULDIN, JR., F, SAINT MARY'S

Saint Mary's junior Danielle Mauldin is the first WCC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the 2012-13 season. Mauldin averaged 16.5 points and 13.5 rebounds per game in SMC's first road trip of the year.

In the Gaels' win at Oregon on Sunday, Mauldin made seven of 12 field goals for a career-high 20 points. She also tied a career-best with 16 rebounds. Her double-double came in 27 minutes of action.

Mauldin opened the season at Washington last Friday with 13 points and 11 rebounds in 25 minutes on the court. The Gaels lost 70-68 in Seattle, but Mauldin helped SMC chip away at UW's 15-point lead in the second half.
