WCC Announces 2017 Women's Soccer All-Academic Team

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference is pleased to announce the 2017 West Coast Conference Women’s Soccer All-Academic Team. 

Two players are making their third appearances in Bizzy Phillips Bowen of Brigham Young and Bri Visalli of Pepperdine.

This season, 20 student-athletes posted a GPA of 3.75 or better, including three with perfect 4.00 GPA’s in sophomore’s Sigrid Aas (Pacific), Natalie Kennedy (Santa Clara) and Larkin Russell (Portalnd). In total, 47 honorees turned in GPA’s above a 3.50. 

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average while also being a significant contributor to her team.
